4.  DESIGN/BUILD OPTIONS

Through our relationships with the top industry experts, we can offer you a complete design & build package whereby you get a clear estimate of the construction price early on and we manage the entire construction process for you.  This option may be able to shorten your project’s overall timeline while saving you the trouble of negotiating with outside construction firms.
